MAKING A PURCHASE

We sell technical products. Our products are NOT for medical use.

We deliver to registered companies in the 27 EU countries and to other selected countries (Switzerland, Norway, Morocco, Tunisia). For companies outside the EU, please fill up the FREE QUOTE form and will will get back to you with a special quote.

After placing your order, you will receive an Email notification indicating that your order has been received. If you choose to pay online via our secured payment partner site, you will receive a notification that the payment is accepted. If you do not receive this email please contact orders@equipements-online.com

We accept Visa,Mastercard and American Express Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or by post (If so, we will destroy your credit card information after transaction is complete)

You can also pay by Wire Transfer to our bank.Banking coordinates for the transfer are provided automatically by email in the confirmation of order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We usually ship via UPS within 7-10 days after receipt of payment (by credit card or wire tranfert). Would one or more products you ordered be temporarily unavailable, would we advise you. When order is complete and available for dispatch, you will receive a dispatch Email.

We reserve the right to change these conditions of delivery at any time and modifiy shipping charges to any country as well. For dliveries outside the EU, all importing duties and customs costs are to be paid by the customer.

PRICING AND CANCELLATION

Pricing Prices quoted are subject to the prevailing rate of VAT in France. Orders within the EEC will be charged VAT unless a VAT registration number can be provided.

We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. Please be assured however that as part of our order checking and dispatch processes we do verify our prices. In the event that the price is incorrect, we will send you an new online quote for approval prior to delivery. You will be able to validate this quote online.

Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at orders@equipements-online.com or directly online by loggin in onto your account. If the order has already been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out to you, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, follwing the instructions within Deliveries & Returns.

Amending your Order If you wish to make any other changes to the order, such as amending the delivery address or adding or deleting items, please email orders@equipements-online.com within four hours of placing the order.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted by our secure Bank site CIC. We do not have direct access to you credit card informations during the payment for your full security.

RETURN OF MERCHADISE

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you wish to return an order to us, contact us at return@equipements-online.com and ask for a Return Authorization. Please indicate your order number and the detail of the products you wish to return.

PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE, UNDAMAGED AND IN WORKING ORDER. Only in this case, will we proceed to a full refund of the paid goods. If the product has been damaged, no refund will be granted

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

Our terms are payment with order unless otherwise agreed. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.

COMMERCIAL DISPUTE The present contract is submitted to french law. The language of the present contract is English.

Products offered respect the laws valid in France. In case of litigation, the only competent authority is the the tribunal of commerce of Reims.

The Seller shall have no liability in respect of goods lost or damaged in transit unless the Buyer or its agent notes such loss or damage on the delivery receipt and gives notice thereof in writing to the Seller and the carrier within 3 days of delivery or such shorter period as may be required by the carrier’s conditions of carriage or, in the case of the whole consignment failing to arrive, gives notice thereof in writing to the Seller within 3 days of receipt of the Seller’s invoice or despatch note or the estimated date of delivery, if later.
